In this post, I’m sharing how you can find Susan Cooks Vegan’s Coconut Yogurt Recipe. Plant-based eating has become so much easier to me as the month’s go on. When I first became fully plant-based about 4 months ago, I was a little worried. Not because of the nutrients but because of the recipes that I would make! I truly enjoy cooking, I find it relaxing yet exciting but I can also get lost in a loop of recipes and become bored.
Since I met Susan, I’ve recreated many of her recipes and she’s brought new life into cooking routines! This recipe for a vegan coconut yoghurt is extremely simple to make, it takes less time than my morning skincare routine. All you need is coconut yoghurt and probiotic capsules. I’ve added vanilla to mine for a little extra flavour. To get the full recipe, visit Susan’s site for her recipe on How To Make Coconut Yoghurt. I enjoy making my own recipe because it doesn’t include any additives or artificial flavouring.
As you can see, I put rose petals on EVERYTHING. They are packed with flavour and make your dish look pretty. I look forward to my meals when I’ve put a little love into them and for me, that’s using roses. There are no rules! This is my morning granola, sometimes with the addition of blueberries. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
