Shift A Shade W/ Clairol

Before and after redo

Remember a week ago when my hair magically turned darker? Well, thank you Clairol! You guys followed me through my Instagram account as I took a little jaunt from Vancouver to Toronto for less than 48 hours… yep, LESS THAN 48 hours. It was exhausting but well worth it.

A major thank you to Clairol and Hair On The Avenue for having me pop by to shift a shade and go darker. Do you remember my hair before I went a little more blonde? That was my natural color. Although I only had my blonde for less than a year it was definitely enough time and I was ready to go back to my darker roots (Ayo! I can’t deny a good pun.)

This shade is a little more lighter and on the chocolatey side of my natural color but it’s a definite keeper.

I sat in the chair with Luis Pacheco of Hair On The Avenue and off we went! Luis used 4/120 Natural Dark Brown and the whole process was about 30 minutes. Thank you to Photographer Peter Tamlin for documenting my time in the chair(s).

I had a wicked team on board for this transformation! The whole look couldn’t have been done without them. Thank you to Luis Pacheco for my hair color, Jan for the styling and Robert Weir for my makeup with CoverGirl (post to come.)

So, what do ya think? I love it! Do you also use Nice ‘n Easy by Clairol? Let me know in the comment section below.

I love Nice n Easy……I always get a good colour result. I go from darkest brown to blonde and sometimes with 3 at once which I have now. Just love how it shines up my hair and I always get compliments :D
