How to pair flowy pieces

Before I put on this outfit I did not have the intention of looking a little like Esmeralda from The Hunchback of Notre-Dame but, I’m feelin’ it! Sometimes when I’m a little low on outfit inspiration, I look to Pinterest and my other favourite bloggers for a little dose on style. I was searching for ways to mix up  my over the shoulder top that I’ve worn HERE with some straight leg, pleated trousers, because I only ever really see a flowly off the shoulder top paired with a skinnier bottom.

So, I decided to pair my top with an even flowier bottom and I’m loving the outcome! I think the reason this works is because my bottoms are high-waisted and tailored in the hip and bum area. This helps keep my slimmer shape in the middle. Also, these culottes cut off at the skinniest part of my leg, allowing to keep my legs look long and lean.

What do you think of the overall flow? (ha!) Let me know in the comment section!

ALSO PS. I GOT SNAPCHAT!! I know, I’m super late to the game but I got a talking to from at least 1 person a day on why I should have Snapchat. So, I’m trying it out. Follow me at RANDASALL.

Have a great long weekend!
