Yesterday, I had the pleasure of previewing the new holiday lunch menu at CinCin Ristorante + Bar on Robson Street. With an intimate group of lovely humans, we indulged in an a la carte lunch menu, featuring dishes from Chef Andrew Richardson’s famed Grillworks Infierno.
This is my second time to CinCin Ristorante + Bar. You may remember the first time I attended a dinner to launch the CinCin cookbook. I didn’t think my experience could be topped but leave it to Chef Andrew to create such beautifully crafted dishes! Not only is the plating a mouth water design but the taste is a feast for the senses. You can distinguish each ingredient as it layers onto your palate.
Lunch is served starting today December 1st to December 23rd, Monday to Friday, 11:30am to 2:30pm.
Salad of three endives – gorgonzola walnuts and pear – walnut vinaigrette
Risotto of stinging nettles smoked sockeye salmon, ricotta, lemon
Sicilian spiced meat balls – tomato chick peas – braised winter greens
